Venue Selection

$150.00

We'll discuss your needs, including venue capacity, ambiance, and your preferred cities. Then I will reserve the venues for you in the appropriate area. Many venues will require you to make a deposit to reserve your date. 
(Price does not include cost of venue or deposit, additional fees will apply.)

Vendor Selection

$200.00

Don't stress about finding a caterer, photographer, or DJ, I will reserve the vendors you need for your event. I'll use trusted companies to ensure your day will be the best it can be. Many vendors will require you to make a deposit to reserve your date. 
(Price does not include cost of vendors or deposit, additional fees will apply.)

Set  Up and  Tear Down

$300.00

Two hours prior to the beginning of your event set up will begin. At the scheduled end time of the event tear down will begin. Most projects should take around 3 hours to complete. For each hour after the initial three hours an additional $100 will be charged. 
(Price does not include cost of extra hours, additional fees may apply.)

Event Coordination

$400.00

I'll be there on location to coordinate the event, answer questions, and to handle any last minute situations.
(This fee may vary depending on time invested; expected time investment is 8 hours including travel time. This is not Wedding Coordination.)

Would you like to book one of these services? Please send me a message including a list of all the services that you are interested in. I will contact you to set up a date/time to meet. You will receive an estimate before our meeting and an invoice at our meeting. All services require a signed contract before the service can be completed. There is a deposit required at the time of signing the contract.
